Medical / Prescriptions

Medical prescriptions must be in their original bottle with the label attached. Your ID must match the name on the label. All federal and state laws apply at Woodkey.

Those bringing medicines to the event should declare them to security during any search and may have them stored in the medical center if required.

Medical professionals are on-site 24 hours a day. They are located at the end of the vendor stands to the right of the Main Stage.

In an emergency, if you are not near a medical tent, find a staff person with a radio, or notify the nearest event staff member. If you are not certain whether it is an emergency, assume it is and get help immediately.

In the event that you find yourself light-headed, sit down and ask a staff member or volunteer for assistance to the medic.

A Note on Headdresses and Threatening Messages:

At Woodkey, all should feel safe, comfortable, and welcome.

In this spirit, if you are someone who would normally bring Native American headdresses to the festival, please leave them at home. Out of respect for this community, it is inappropriate to wear headdresses outside of traditional ceremonies.

Additionally, while we support diversity in signs, totems, and articles of clothing, words or images that are divisive or might explicitly upset others, such as political, Confederate, FJB, or BLM flags, are not welcome.

Woodkey reserves the right to confiscate items deemed to be in violation of these policies at its discretion.

Leave No Trace

Please be sure to keep the woods within the festival clean. Woodkey has a standing "take nothing and leave nothing" policy.

Thank you for making choices that support and inspire all members of the Woodkey Fam. We hope you have a great time!

Resources are limited and you will be impacting guests that truly need the services we provide.

POWERED MOBILITY DEVICES

Guests with mobility disabilities are welcome to use motorized wheelchairs and three- or four-wheeled scooters at Woodkey. For safety reasons, guests may NOT use personal golf carts, all-terrain vehicles, two-wheeled scooters, motorbikes, or one-wheels either in the venue itself or in the parking and camping areas. POWER SOURCES FOR MEDICAL DEVICES

Understanding the importance of having a reliable power source for certain medical equipment, we kindly suggest that you bring your own battery or power source to ensure uninterrupted access throughout the festival if possible. We worry that due to the variable nature of the event and festival grounds, its temporary power source, and weather conditions, we cannot guarantee that you will have a steady and reliable power supply throughout the day/night. We suggest a solar generator or other cordless electric power source. Under no circumstances will gas generators be approved.

With that being said, we will absolutely do our best to charge any medical equipment or batteries for said equipment outside the concessions stand until they reach a desirable charge.

PRESCRIPTION MEDICINES

Prescriptions must have a prescription label. Photo ID must match the prescription label. For the safety of our staff, please dispose of all medical waste/syringes in the proper receptacles in our medical tents.
